well after a whole week of schools out celebratory binging , and NOT working out i am finally ready to get back on the grind. I joined Planet Fitness so that is good haha. 

WEIGH IN DAY: 133 lbs exact. so up 2 lbs from last week but thats okay had to get some fun fit in my schedule somehwere. 

breakfast- special k bar, banana 190

lunch- chicken sandwhich 180, apples 35

dinner- ravioli LC 250, watermelon 20, skinny cow candy 110

-450 at gym(ran 4.5 miles), and did 30 minute circuit thing.
